Permitted to be withdrawn.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42877 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 with Benipatii P.S. Case No. 329/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/307/332/ 333/354/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The kidnapped girl was recovered from the house of Chhote Yadav. The family members of Chhote Yadav fought with the police and assaulted them.

Considering the aforesaid allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner No. 1 as she is the wife of Chhote Yadav. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
