Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 192 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that petitioner along with two others named in the F.I.R. and 4-5 unknown entered in the house of the informant Meera Devi in search of her husband, at that time, petitioner assaulted the informant with iron rod at her head and Suresh Sah shot fired through pistol causing injury at the chest of the informant, at that time, Sogarath Mahto took cash Rs. 3 lacs from Almirha and ornaments.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5166 of 2015 (6) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against the petitioner to cause injury through iron rod. The injury report, as called for, shows that the injury caused by hard and blunt substance is simple in nature. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.08.2014. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
