2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. In the present petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for giving a direction to transfer the wife of the petitioner who is presently working on the post of BCM (Prakhand Samudayik Utprarak) at Primary Health Centre Block Bokhra within Sitamarhi District to Motipur or Mushahari Block in the District of Muzaffarpur."

4. The petitioner cannot file a petition on behalf of his wife that too in respect of service condition. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable filed on behalf of the petitioner as he has no locus standi.
