2. The present application has been filed for restoration of the order dated 24.11.2022 passed by this Court in F.A. No. 44 of 2019.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 2 to 7 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1595 of 2024(5) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 the petition, the opposite party has appeared and there is no opposition, in that background, the MJC No. 1595 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the FA No. 44 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
