The petitioners are languishing in custody since 26.10.2014 and 03.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named petitioners and seven others suspecting that the informant's father was killed by FIR named accused persons. It is alleged that the father of the informant was coming home when all the accused persons took him to the forest and on the next day his dead body was recovered. Informant claimed that his aunt saw petitioner Parveshi Manjhi

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4668 of 2015 (02) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 and other accused persons caught hold the father of the informant. The victim could not be traced and on next day his dead body was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is not specific against the petitioners and others have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 15786 of 2014 and 696 of 2015.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petitioners have no criminal antecedent Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2013.
