This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Navinagar P.S. Case No.244 of 2020, disclosing offences under Section 30(A), of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In view of the fact that petitioner is father of the boy caught with the liquor, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
