2. On earlier date also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. It appears that the learned court below, after being satisfied that there were adequate materials for framing of the charges under Section 394, 364 and 120B of the IPC, rejected the application of discharge filed by the petitioner.

4. In my view, when the court below was satisfied that there were adequate materials for framing of the charges against the petitioner, he was right in rejecting the application for discharge filed by the petitioner.

5. I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

6. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed.
