The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. From co-accused Bhim Singh five country made pistols and five live cartridges were recovered, who disclosed the name of the petitioner as a person who escaped from the place of seizure.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Considering the fact that there is no recovery
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4676 of 2015 (02) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 from the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul in connection with G.R.P.S. Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014.
