Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that for the same occurrence, police lodged two cases against the petitioner and others and, in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 581 of 2014, bail petition of the petitioner is pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran. So far as the present case is concerned; one country-made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Taking note of the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4993 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 582 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
