2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That the instant writ application is being filed for setting aside the entire selection process as well as allotment order awarded to private respondents arising out of Notice

Patna High Court CWJC No.480 of 2018 dt.04-04-2023 2/2 Inviting Tender No. 05 of 2017-17 published on the official website of the department on 17.3.2017 on the ground that the entire selection and the allotment of work awarded to the private respondents have been done in utter violation of the terms and conditions mentioned in the Notice Inviting Tender (hereinafter referred as "NIT") as well as allowing the technical bid on pick and chose basis and further process for directing the concerned respondents not to go ahead with the tender process by restraining the private respondents from executing the work awarded during pendency of the present writ application."

3. Perusal of the records, it is evident that there is no interim order. Therefore, this Court has to draw inference that subject matter has already spent its force, hence, question of interfering with the subject matter of NIT is not warranted at this belated stage.

4. Accordingly, present writ petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
