The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant's Rs. Five lakhs was robbed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused when petitioner also made confession subsequently. Statement has been made in para 13 and 14 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4679 of 2015 (02) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 petition that neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on TIP.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in one other case. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on TIP, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S.
