It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, paragraph-3 of this petition reveals that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 227 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti, Gaya.
