JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation that the petitioner assaulted Mukesh Singh, son of informant with Farsa and the injury report shows that the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and there is a case and counter case between both the parties and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5025 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon (Garahani) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014 with the following conditions:

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3. The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
