The petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P.S. Case No. 158/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 337, 448, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with other accused persons armed with various weapons came to the land of informant and committed mar-pit with his father, brother, mother and sister-in-law.

Injury report of all the injured is annexed as Annexure-2 series, from which it appears that injured have sustained simple injuries.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30578 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 158/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
