The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant's daughter was earlier kidnapped for which Chenari P.S. Case No. 64 of 2013 was lodged. Subsequently the daughter of the informant was again kidnapped on 11.06.2013. It is alleged against this petitioner that he was also in league with Pintu who actually kidnapped the victim.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 11.06.2013 the FIR was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6845 of 2015 (02) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 registered on 14.08.2013. The victim has performed marriage with Pintu Paswan after appearing before the Marriage Officer, Rohtas. The said certificate has been brought on record as Annexure-4. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sasaram at Rohtas in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 120 of 2013.
