3. Perusal of record shows that vide letter dated 17.07.2025 of Assistant Registrar, Criminal Appeal Section of this Court, a living status report of accused appellant was called for. In response thereto, the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura submitted a report dated 23.07.2025, based on information furnished by S.H.O. Puraini P.S. apprising this Court that appellant, namely, Jai Narain Ram died around two years ago during the pendency of this Appeal.
