Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 and other sections of the I.P.C.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner along with others, caught him and brought to his house. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the wife of the informant with lathi causing fracture in the left hand wrist. The petitioner is in jail since 24.12.2014. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 2 months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Shri Shashi Bhushan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S.Case No.131 of 2014.
