Mr.Sri Ajay Kumar Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 138 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching of mobile from the informant. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name transpired during course of investigation. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He is directed to surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1491 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the learned court below as per the material available on record against him as well as on the submission made above, and dispose of the same if possible on same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
