Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 I.P.C. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Ajit Yadav. The petitioner was apprehended on 2.11.2014 but nothing has been recovered from his possession nor was he put on T.I.P. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 65 of 2010 (G.R.No.918 of 2010).
