JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 36543 of 2017 and petitioner was directed to surrender. However, petitioner could not surrender and now prayer has been made in this application on the ground that the victim girl has been recovered and she has not supported the prosecution case against the petitioner. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances and also conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed earlier by this Court as petitioner is always at liberty to surrender and pray for regular bail. Hence, this application is dismissed.
