JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No. 608 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 307, 323, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant and other persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case in between the parties which will appear from Annexure-2 and the injury report shows that all the injuries are simple in nature which will appear from Anenxure-4 series and further, the persons from the side of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1144 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 have also received injuries.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sherghati in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 608 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
