The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No.22 of 2020 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, a loaded country-made pistol, a live cartridge and a mobile phone are stated to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery as alleged has taken place and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that he was earlier made accused in some cases. He has remained in custody since 22.02.2020.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, and in view of the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 22.02.2020, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No.22 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
