JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-10-2022 The petitioner seems to have filed this case in person. He is praying for a direction to the respondent authorities to conduct proper investigation of Sakari P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021 registered under Section 379 IPC. On going through the averments made in the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has lodged this case alleging theft of two blackberry trees. His allegation is that the I.O. of the case is not conducting proper investigation and in this regard, he has represented before the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani.
