On account of recovery of mobile set from the possession of the petitioner, who happens to be custody since 21.08.2013, prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 22.07.2014 in connection with Criminal Miscellaneous No.18144 of 2014. Certified copy of order dated 08.09.2015 has been filed to show that charges have already been framed on 08.09.2015. Accordingly, petitioner, Bajrang Roy is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bishanpur P. S. Case no.72 of 2013, subject to condition that on each and every date, he will have his presence in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7827 of 2015 (05) dt.04-11-2015 Court till conclusion of the trial. Failure to abide with, the aforesaid condition will disentitle the petitioner to avail the privilege.
