JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 324 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 354B, 379, 427, 448, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of trying to outrage the modesty of the informant and when she confined him in the house and went to call her husband, he broke open the door of the house and taken away Rs. 20,000/- from her house. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that prosecution case is false and concocted and petitioner is neighbour of the informant.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78185 of 2018(2) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. If petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and if possible, dispose it on same day.

The application stands dismissed.
