JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-09-2020 The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Khaira P.S. Case No. 183 of 2014, dated 26.09.2014, which has been registered for the offences under Sections 147, 342, 324 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Dinesh Singh, learned APP has pointed out that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32826 of 2016(3) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 this is a case of murder, which was registered in the year 2014. In all its probability, the investigation of this case must have been completed by now.
However, if the investigation is still pending, it ought to be concluded within a period of three months from today. This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed off.
