The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons and from the possession of the petitioner Dhanna Sheth @ Dhanraj @ Rakesh Kumar, some mobiles were recovered. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
