JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 dated 01.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and others but there is no injury report on the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that F.I.R was lodged after a delay of fifty days. Regard being had to the nature of accusation, the background facts and that the petitioners do not have any

No.341 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 criminal antecedents, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
