It appears that vide order dated 12. 09. 2013 provisional bail was granted to the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 494 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) within a period of four weeks with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in Complaint Case No. 1015(C) of 2012 on the conditions as already mentioned in order dated 12. 09. 2013.

This petition stands disposed of.
