JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he took the deceased from his house in the night of 02-01-2011 and in the next morning, the dead body of the deceased was found hanging with tree. Admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was disposed of and after five days of the alleged occurrence, the present case has been lodged.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
