2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 8467 of 2024 vide order dated 20.02.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries are simple in nature. Both the parties are co-villagers and the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2024.

4. I do not see any fresh ground to reconsider the earlier order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8467 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37656 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 2024. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
