The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Lal Mohan Ray, who confessed his guilt and on the basis of the confessional statement, looted van was recovered. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade and there is no tangible evidence, except the confessional statement of co-accused. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
