The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Rajeev Nagar P. S.Case No. 200 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 406, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner is that Co-accused Arbind Kumar @ Pradeep is of committing fraud and taking away the money from the different persons to execute sale deed but instead of that, the accused fled away and the petitioner is the brother of Arbind Kumarf @ Pradeep. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and

It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1694 of 2019.
Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S.Case No. 200 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438 ( 2) Cr.P.C. with other that bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
