Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 387, 504, 506, of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. As there is specific allegation of assault against petitioner no. 1, as such prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 1 is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.

There is no allegation of committing overt act against petitioner no. 2 and he has clean antecedent, as such in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34006 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner no. 2, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S.
