2. In this case, on 19.03.2024, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was allowed.

3. Though, the Court had taken note of the allegations that was there against the petitioner and subsequently as per the information of the lady, he has also solemnized second marriage. Considering the undertaking given that he shall be taking care of his wife and his daughter, relief was granted.

4. Now, a modification petition has been filed submitting that he cannot make the said payment.

5. The allegations are there against the petitioner, there was an undertaking which he has violated.

6. In that background, this Court is not inclined to allow the present petition.
