Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, petitioner and one co-accused Rahul Kumar were arrested along with looted motorcycle. The seizure list reveals that at the time of recovery of looted motorcycle, petitioner was pillion rider. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent nor he has been put on test identification parade as yet. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Piro P.S.
