1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under:- "That the petitioner craves kind

Patna High Court CWJC No.9211 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2023 2/3 indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, directions/directions, order/orders, particularly a writ in the nature of certiorari for the following reliefs:- (i) For quashing the letter memo no. 2259 dated 10.05.2021 (Annexure-5), issued under the signature of respondent no.

4, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai, whereby and whereunder the respondent no. 4 has given direction and order to respondent no. 9, the Secretary Employment Unit, Panchayat Raju, Basahi, Block-Cheriyabariyarpur, District- Begusarai to cancel the employment of the petitioner in the allegation of forged T.E.T. Certificate.

(ii) For quashing the letter no. 550 dated 22.09.2021 (Annexure-6), issued under the signature of respondent no. 6, the Block Education Officer, Cheriyabariyarpur, Begusarai whereby and whereunder the respondent no. 6 have given order to the Principals/Incharge Principals of Primary and Middle Schools to give Certificate in regard to removing the names of the teachers from the attendance register and not taking service from them, who have got forged T.E.T. Certificate from invalid Institutions and whose names are mentioned in the list of

(iii) For any other relief or reliefs, the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Earlier too, he has filed a writ petition which was disposed of by this Court on 22.03.2022 granting him liberty to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority/ State Appellate Authority. He has again filed the present writ petition stating that he had not made the prayer which is presently making in the present petition.

4. Once this Court has already held remedy available to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority/ State Appellate Authority, filing of the present writ petition again making other prayers, which could have been made before the District Appellate Authority / State Appellate Authority, this Court finds the writ petition to be wholly frivolous and is accordingly dismissed.
