The petitioner is aggrieved with the order of termination passed by the Panchayat Secretary-cum-Member Secretary, Panchayat Planning Committee under Gaya District, in pursuant to the order of District Education Officer, Gaya. The termination of the petitioner's service as Panchayat Teacher has been done on the ground that the training certificate produced by the petitioner was found to be forged and fabricated on verification.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the certificate of the petitioner was re-verified and later on it

Patna High Court CWJC No.10522 of 2025 dt.09-09-2025 2/2 was found to be genuine by the Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi.

4. Learned Advocate for the State submits that the District Teachers Appellate Authority has been constituted under the rules for hearing the greivances of the teachers and the same is functional, the petitioner may be directed to approach before the Appellate Authority.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has efficacious alternative remedy, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Gaya. In case such appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today along with a petition for condonation of delay, it is expected that District Teachers Appellate Authority, Gaya shall consider the same on its own merits and decide the same expeditiously in terms with Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2020, in accordance with law.
