Heard the parties.

This writ application is for issuance of mandamus against the respondents for payment of retiral dues of the petitioners.

In the supplementary counter affidavit, the Staterespondents have stated that the pension papers etc. have already been transmitted to the Accountant General, Bihar,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3339 of 2017(9) dt.06-10-2020 2/2 Patna after sanction of the pension. Other retiral dues have already been sanctioned in favour of the petitioners who are legal heirs of the deceased employee.

Mr. Jay Prasad Kishore, learned counsel for the Staterespondents informs that the payment order has already been issued in favour of the petitioners as per instruction. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the court if any grievance of the petitioners still remains to be fulfilled.
