Petitioners are in jail custody since 23.9.2014 on the accusation that they badly assaulted informant. Annexure 2 to this petition reveals that altogether three injuries were found on the person of the injured and out of three injuries, two injuries were found simple in nature and so far as one injury is concerned, doctor advised for x-ray and also gave his opinion that the aforesaid injury was also found simple after clinical examination.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
