The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 31/2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the veranda of the flour mill and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
