Following is the relief, which the petitioner is seeking in the present writ application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India : - "(i) For an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions or commands to the Respondents not to make/execute any deed of transfer to any

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction, directing the Respondents to make registration of the said disputed lands in favour of the petitioner under the Scheme of "SWARAGYA BHOOMI PHASE-2" at village-Sonabigha, P.S.- Chandauti, District-Gaya and 'TASHI SECTOR-1 (PCB) Project at villageDariyapur, P.S.-Naubatpur, District-Patna. (iii) Further for issuance of an appropriate writ/order and direction, directing the Respondents to make delivery of Maruti Alto car 800 forthwith to the petitioner as per scheme of the Respondent Company.

(iv) Further for issuance of an appropriate writ/order and direction, directing the Respondents to make payments to the petitioner as economical harassment and mental harassment as a compensation amount of Rupees fifty lacs plus loan amounts.

(v) And/or any other order/orders for granting any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Patna High Court CWJC No.8649 of 2020(2) dt.08-04-2021 3/3 The petitioner's grievance is mainly against the private respondents in relation to a private dispute. This Court, in my opinion, cannot entertain such application. This application is accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law in respect of the grievance which she has raised in the present writ application.
