The petitioner has filed this petition for modification of order dated 09.12.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No.43868 of 2015 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. It appears from the order dated 09.12.2015 itself that petitioner no.2, Indal Sahani was granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.43868 of 2015 but the petitioner did not surrender in the court within four weeks. The petitioner avoided his appearance even after getting bail for more than four years, therefore, I do not find any reason to modify the order dated 09.12.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No.43868 of 2015 and thus the modification petition is dismissed. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, the learned court below shall consider the regular bail of the petitioner.
