The petitioner was made accused in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 332/2014 instituted under section 290/34 IPC read with penal provisions of Immoral Traffic Act.

According to the prosecution case, on a raid conducted by the police, the petitioner was found in a compromising position in a room which was rented by her. Two male persons escaped therefrom. The police arrested the petitioner and lodged the present case.

The contention of the petitioner is that she is in custody since 30.08.2014 inasmuch as there is no previous recorded criminal antecedent against her.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 332/2014 subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be the husband of the petitioner. The petitioner will appear in person on each date fixed at the trial after framing of charge. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel her bail bonds.
