Petitioner is said to have given sword blow to injured Imteyaz causing injury on his head. From perusal of annexure 3 to this petition, it appears that injured Imteyaz sustained simple injury. There is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner is in jail custody since 21.12.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Jokihat P.S. Case no. 251/2014.
