====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1a), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. The informant, a Police Sub Inspector, alleged that while they were on patrolling duty, there was a firing. The police also resorted to firing. Three persons, namely, Om Yadav, Udheshya Sahni and Avinash Raj Kumar were apprehended. It appears that nobody was injured in the firing. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 05.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
