The petitioner happens to the father-in-law of the deceased. The case was registered for the offences under Sections304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and even after investigation, police submitted charge sheet for the offences under Sections-304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code without taking note of this fact that the year of marriage was not disclosed by the informant in his written report and when his further statement was recorded, the informant disclosed that the marriage of the deceased had taken place 13-14 years ago. Moreover, the son of the deceased in course of investigation stated that when he returned from school, he found his mother in critical condition and

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goraul (Kathara) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
