The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 325, 326, 307, 452, 380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Ajit Kumar assaulted the informant's brother Arbind with sickle when Makhan Rai assaulted the father of the informant with sickle and this petitioner also assaulted the informant with sickle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury of the informant has been found to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5240 of 2015 (02) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 simple and petitioner is agnate of the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Viashali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2014.
