The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed a representation before the concerned authority of the Corporation, however, no decision has been taken thereon. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction be issued by this Court to the concerned authority to decide the same within fixed time frame.

Accordingly, we dispose off the present writ petition with the observation that in case, representation filed by him,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3279 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 is pending before the concerned authority, the concerned authority shall be taken a decision at the earliest in any case not later than four weeks.
