The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the house of the petitioner 13 stolen bicycles were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the same house a bicycle mechanic resides and the bicycles belong to him.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5532 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul District - Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 419 of 2014.

The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
